Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Is the ball raincoat truly one-size-fits-all?
A: Yes! The unfolded poncho measures approximately 130 × 80 cm, which is designed to provide comfortable coverage for most adults regardless of height or build. It drapes over the shoulders and covers the torso to keep you dry during sudden rain showers.
Q: Can I reuse the disposable raincoat poncho?
A: The PE poncho is designed primarily as a disposable emergency raincoat, but if handled with care and kept clean, it can be reused a limited number of times. After use, allow it to dry completely before folding it back into the ABS ball casing for best results.
Q: How does the keychain attachment work?
A: The ABS ball housing features a built-in keychain loop, so you can clip it directly onto your keyring, backpack zipper, or bag handle. This way, your emergency raincoat is always within reach whenever unexpected weather strikes.
Q: What is the difference between the multi-pack options?
A: The raincoat balls are available in sets of 1, 3, 5, or 10 pieces. Multi-packs are ideal for families, group outings, office emergency kits, or event giveaways. Each ball is individually packaged and ready to use straight out of the box.
